​Notes to remember:  On April 20th we go to 08:00 am tee times for Motley.

On April 29th, we will hold the Motley Spring Championship Tournament.  This is individual play, with Senior (3 flights) and Super Senior divisions (1 flight.)  Cost for this event is $11.00 each.  It will start at 08:00.

Notes for Motley Spring Championship:

32 player rule is waived

Let us know by the 20th, or as soon as you can which 4 some you want to play in.  All Super Seniors (80 and above) will play in their own group(s) as they will have separate prizes.

For Motley Crew the prizes will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, for 3 flights (depending on turnout.)

You will play your own ball, local rules will be published the day of the tournament.

We will be taking a list of food donations for the event as there will be a lunch afterwards.

And for those of you wondering about the winners of the Winter Sessions Great Big Beautiful Pacifier, and the Slow Play Snail, well the accounting is done, and the nominees are:

Slow Play Nominees:  Norm Ash, David Bay, Jeff Hess

​The winners will be announced at our Black Tie luncheon after the individual Motley Tournament later this month.  The calculations for the awards were compiled by the Accounting Firm of Wade, Wade, Wade, Wade, and Wade. ​

We are limited to 8 tee times for the Motley Crew.  That means 32 players can play.  The FIRST 32 players to show up and paid, will be playing.  After 32, any remaining players will not play.

Joplin Golf Club cards will go on sale Monday, March 2nd in the pro shop.  The price is $25.  This gets you a $10 discount on all Senior Shamble events.
